Chinese influencer earns $19 million annually by teaching women how to marry rich men

Le Chuanqu, aka Ququ Big Woman, has gained a massive following in China as a "love guru" by giving relationship and financial advice on social media. 

According to the South China Morning Post, the influencer has built a lucrative business teaching women how to marry wealthy men, earning her a staggering $19 million annually.

Le Chuanqu's advice, however, has sparked controversy due to her unconventional approach. 

She encourages behaviours that are deemed "immoral" or "manipulative" in romantic relationships. 

"[In her videos] she refers to being married as inside the fortress, money as rice, pregnancy as carrying a ball," the publication reported.

Her philosophy centers around the idea that all relationships are based on exchanging benefits.

“All relationships are essentially about benefit exchanges. Everything should be used to boost my advantage and empower me,” SCMP said quoting the social media star.

Ququ's one-on-one consultations during live streams cost $155, while her popular course, "Valuable Relationships," costs $517. 

Private counseling packages can cost more than $1,400 per month.

Despite the controversy, Le Chuanqu's influence and earnings continue to soar, making her one of China's most successful social media influencers.
