Sialkot's Malik brothers landed in hot waters after a video of them showering currency notes worth millions of rupees on wedding guests went viral on social media.

According to the details, the bizarre yet shocking incident happened in Sialkot city of Punjab.

In a series of viral video clips, the groom's brother and friends can be seen showering Rs10 to Rs1,000 Pakistani currency notes on the wedding procession from the customised container.

Locals and baratis, in the video, could be seen eagerly catching the notes.

However, social media users slammed the Malik brothers for the extravagant wedding in the cash-strapped Pakistan.
