Video of lion cub sitting in backseat of car goes viral

A video of a lion cub travelling in the backseat of a car has gone viral on social media, stirring mixed reactions among internet users.

The video shows the cub, named ‘Mufasa’, sitting in the backseat of a car as it pulls over at a red light.

An Instagram user, 'Umbreen Ibrahim Photography', shared the video with the caption, "Meet Mufasa at Red Light Signal."

The clip surprisingly shows the cub, said to be eight-month-old, alongside a boy, while the other occupants of the car appear nonchalant about sharing space with the wild animal.

Another video uploaded by the same user shows Mufasa taking his head out of the car.

As the video went viral, many social media users shared their thoughts in the comment section.

A user stated, "They are not pets, please free them."

"It's depressing to see him like this," commented another person.

A third added, "He looks so scared."

A person remarked, "But he doesn't seem happy! You can't just domesticate these animals like this. When they do what they actually in wild, then people come and give their unnecessary gyan ki these animals should not be shown any mercy and stuff!"
