Gold prices in Pakistan have soared to an all-time high, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola reaching Rs. 304,000, marking an increase of Rs. 2,500 in a single day.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, gold rates saw a sharp rise following fluctuations in the international market, where gold is currently trading at $2,913 per ounce, up by $25.

The latest domestic gold prices are as follows:

Gold (24K, 10 grams): Rs. 260,631 (+2,144)

Gold (22K, 10 grams): Rs. 238,920 (+1,965)

Silver prices have also witnessed an upward trend:

Market analysts attribute the surge in gold prices to economic uncertainty, fluctuations in the global market, and currency depreciation.

The ongoing trend indicates that gold may continue to rise as investors seek safe-haven assets.
