Gold prices increase in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed an upward trend on Tuesday, aligning with gains in international markets.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold increased by Rs300 per tola, settling at Rs283,200.
The rate for 10-gram gold also rose by Rs257, reaching Rs242,798.
On Monday, the price per tola had already seen an increase of Rs500, closing at Rs282,900.
Globally, gold prices also inched higher, with the international rate climbing by $3 to $2,711 per ounce, including a $20 premium, as reported by the APGJSA.
In contrast, silver prices remained unchanged at Rs3,372 per tola.
