Narowal petrol pump owner lowers prices for Ramadan 2025

In a generous Ramadan gesture, a petrol pump owner in Narowal, Rana Ashfaq, has reduced fuel prices by Rs. 3 per liter, selling petrol at Rs. 254.24 instead of Rs. 257.24.
Additionally, he has announced a Rs. 10 per liter discount on Eid day, offering relief to consumers for the entire day.
Speaking to the media, Rana Ashfaq highlighted the spirit of charity in Ramadan, stating, "Good deeds earn seventy times more reward in this holy month. Helping others pleases Allah, and wealth increases rather than decreases through charity."

When asked about the business impact, he explained that lower profits attract more customers, adding, "During Ramadan, the focus should be on earning prayers rather than just money."
He also urged traders and the government to reduce prices on essential goods during Ramadan, ensuring affordable living and spreading joy among people.
