New figures reveal the current state of Pakistan’s gold reserves.
According to the State Bank of Pakistan, the country’s gold holdings now stand at 64.76 tonnes, valued at $10.374 billion.
The central bank reported that in January 2026, the value of gold reserves increased by $1.279 billion, while during the first seven months of the current fiscal year, reserves rose by a total of $3.5 billion.
Measured in ounces, Pakistan holds 2,082,000 ounces of gold, which translates to 5,552,000 tolas.
For comparison, the value of the nation’s gold reserves in June 2025 was $6.84 billion.
