Claim:
A social media user claimed that Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) displayed a pride flag over its office in Amsterdam to support the LGBTQ movement.
A netizen, named Zarak, made the claim while sharing a picture on his microblogging site, X, account.
"PIA supports pride," he captioned the picture in which LGBTQ flag was seen waving over the office of the national carrier.

However, no further details about the location of the office were mentioned in the post.
The image in question gained over 38,000 views, 715 likes and 116 comments.
Fact Check:
PIA spokesperson Abdullah Khan clarified that the office was located in Amsterdam and had been shut down in 2018.
Further investigation revealed that the flag was put up by the municipal government in Amsterdam as part of the city's annual queer festival, which takes place from July 22 to August 4.
The spokesperson also shared pictures and videos of the street to corroborate his statement.
The claim that PIA supports the LGBTQ community based on the image is false.
