Fact Check: Jinnah Hospital Lahore's Institute of Cardiology named after CM Maryam Nawaz?

Claim:
The provincial health department has named the Institute of Cardiology attached to Jinnah Hospital Lahore after Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz.
The reports claimed that the announcement was made by the Secretary of Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education Department via a notification.
"[...] Allama Iqbal Medical College Lahore/ Jinnah Hospital Lahore, the ongoing/under-construction scheme of Institute of Cardialogy, attacked with Allama Iqbal Medical College Lahore/ Jinnah Hospital Lahore is named as Maryam Nawaz Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (MNICVD), Lahore," the text of notification read.
Fact Check:
However, the claims were denied by Minister for Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education, Khawaja Salman Rafique, in a post on the microblogging site X.
"The notification being circulated on social media is fake," he said in a post.

"The department confirms that the name of any hospital in Punjab is not being changed and no such notification has been issued by the Punjab government or the health department," he added.
