Sindh governor visits Naseer Soomro, hands over cheque for treatment

Karachi: Governor Sindh Kamran visited the private hospital in Gulistan-e-Jauhar area of Karachi to inquire about the health of Asia's tallest man, Naseer Soomro, who is under treatment there.
The governor arrived at the hospital and discussed with the doctors about the treatment facilities being provided to Naseer Soomro.
On this occasion, Kamran Tessori said that Naseer Soomro is our national asset, and no deficiency will be left in his care.
He also presented a financial aid check to Naseer Soomro, which he accepted.
At 7 feet and 9 inches, Soomro is the tallest man alive in Pakistan.
In 2021, Pakistan’s tallest man Naseer Soomro was promoted to the position of Senior Passenger Handling Services Officer in Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).
According to details, the then Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the PIA, Air Marshal Arshad Malik presented a promotion letter to Naseer Soomro, a PIA worker and one of the world’s tallest man, at the PIA head office in Karachi.
