Sindh launches air ambulance service

The Sindh government announced the introduction of air ambulance service.
According to reports, an agreement was signed between the Sindh Local Councils Association and the private aviation company Aircraft Sales and Services (ASSL).
At the agreement ceremony in Karachi, Sindh Planning and Development Minister Nasir Hussain Shah said that the air ambulance service aligns with the vision of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
Shah also announced plans to extend the service to other cities within Sindh.
Sindh provincial assembly member Saeed Ghani noted that the air ambulances will transport patients from Ghotki, Sukkur, and Khairpur to Karachi.
The Balochistan government also announced the launch of air ambulance service in April. Balochistan’s Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti said that the air ambulance was to transfer emergency patient to hospitals.
The Baloch CM revealed that two planes were repurposed into an air mmbulance.
