Model and actress Ayesha Toor believes that the men of Karachi, the capital of Sindh, are much better than those in Punjab, as Karachi men tend to go about their business after just one glance.
Recently appearing on the FHM Podcast, Ayesha openly discussed various topics. When asked about Karachi, she admitted that the city has numerous problems, such as water shortages and poorly maintained roads, and that many residents are not originally from Karachi. Yet, she said, the city holds a unique charm.
According to Ayesha, men in Karachi don’t interfere in others’ lives and generally don’t have the time to create problems for others.
She observed that daily life in Karachi comes with its own challenges, where breakdowns on the road might not receive help, and people often have to arrange for water tankers.
Comparing shopping malls across Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi, she pointed out that Karachi’s malls have a distinct atmosphere. In malls in other cities, she feels the need to adjust her attire frequently.
Ayesha noted that hospitality is more apparent in Lahore, but there is a strong male-dominated atmosphere there, whereas Karachi men are more progressive and lack that overtly patriarchal attitude.
She remarked that while people in Punjab have their own land and assets, they seem less open-minded compared to Karachi’s people, even though such privileges should have made them more forward-thinking.
