Embarking on the television scene in 2015 with the enthralling soap serial "Ishq Ibadat," Ali swiftly became a name synonymous with excellence.
His breakthrough came in 2021 when he drew accolades for portraying the Bangladeshi freedom fighter Shafi Imam Rumi in period drama series "Jo Bichar Gaye."
The year 2023 witnessed Ali's capturing hearts across the borders with his portrayal of Murtasim Khan in the spellbinding romance drama "Tere Bin," a performance that echoed with resounding success.
Diving deep into the realm of emotions, Ali's career reached new heights with his nuanced portrayal of the somber yet magnetic Saad Hussein in ARY Digital's romantic masterpiece "Mujhe Pyaar Hua Tha," starring alongside Hania Aamir.
As his fame transcended boundaries, Wahaj, in a previous interview, humbly expressed, "Have I truly arrived? I believe there is much more to achieve. I am not one to rest on past laurels; I aspire to unveil the best version of myself as an artist in every project, making it challenging to pinpoint a single achievement."
“I value the freedom and privacy that anonymity provides,” he added, referring to maintaining modest demeanour as he ascended to stardom.
