Saif Ali Khan stabbed 6 times during burglary attempt at his home

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was rushed to the hospital after sustaining multiple stab wounds during a burglary attempt at his home in Mumbai’s Bandra, according to Indian media reports.

Khan underwent surgeries and is currently receiving further medical treatment at the hospital.

"Saif has six injuries, two of which are deeper. One of the wounds is dangerously close to his spine," said Dr Niraj Uttamani, COO of Lilavati Hospital.

The Hindustan Times reported that Khan suffered multiple injuries over his body. However, his back is stable following surgery, and he is able to move his hands and legs. His condition remains stable.

The incident reportedly took place in the early hours of Thursday at 2:30 am, when an intruder entered Khan’s home. The actor engaged in a scuffle to stop the burglar, during which he was stabbed.

As of now, no suspects have been arrested, and police investigations are ongoing.
