Dubai princess Sheikh Mahra announces divorce in shock Instagram post

Her Highness Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the daughter of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has announced her “divorce” in an explosive Instagram post.

Taking to the social media platform where she has over 330k followers, the Emirati princess wrote a short statement posted to her grid appearing to be directed to her husband His Highness Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum.

The post read: “Dear Husband, As you are occupied with other companions, I hereby declare our divorce. I divorce you. I divorce, and I divorce you. Take care. Your ex-wife.”

The pair have seemingly unfollowed one another on Instagram and Sheikha Mahra has removed any photos she had with Sheikh Mana from her profile.
