Acclaimed singer Hadiqa Kiani, who was recently invited by Franco-Palestinian vocalist Saint Levant to his concert, urged people to support businesses and platforms that back the struggle against Israeli occupation.

Hadiqa Kiani attended the concert of popular Franco-Palestinian singer Marwan Abdelhamid aka Saint Levant in Los Angeles to show solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza and support their fight for liberation.

Taking to Instagram, she described the event as an "absolutely beautiful experience."

“I was amazed by the energy of the crowd, it was like a protest, a rally for freedom and liberation,” the Kamli singer wrote in the caption of her post accompanying pictures from the concert.

“Art is a form of resistance, support Palestinian artists,” she emphasised, encouraging  people to “stay informed about what is happening in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and the region.”

Hadiqa Kiani also urged her followers to “support people, businesses, and organisations that you know are doing something to end the occupation, to free Palestine and to bring back humanity. Don’t forget to keep raising your voice for what’s right.”

Through concerts and charitable partnerships, artists around the world are raising funds for displaced Palestinians in Gaza and highlighting their plight on prominent global platforms.

The overall Palestinian death toll since the beginning of Israel’s war on Gaza has reached at least 41,689 with more than 96,625 wounded. Thousands more remain trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings.
