Late Indian Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh aka Sidhu Moosewala's father, Balkaur Singh, posted a photo with his younger son, who bears a striking resemblance to his deceased brother. Balkaur and netizens described the baby as slain vocalist's return to the world.
After the tragic loss of Sidhu Moosewala, his parents, Balkaur Singh and Charan Kaur, welcomed a new baby boy, nearly two years after their son's passing.
Balkaur Singh shared a heartfelt post on social media, holding his newborn son, who remarkably resembles Shubdeep.
The father-son duo's photo touched the hearts of fans, with many commenting that the baby is Shubdeep's reincarnation or return to the world.
“Siddhu Moosewala-2,” an Indian fan described the younger brother of Shubhdeep Singh as exactly like to him, and some of them termed this a rebirth of the pop singer, who was shot dead by unidentified assailants in May 2022.
“[...] The face we had once entrusted to the Divine with tearful eyes has now returned to us in a small form, blessed by the grace of the Divine and the prayers of all brothers and sisters.,” Moosewala's father penned the caption of the picture.
Little Shubhdeep wore a light pink turban and sat on his father's lap, smiling at the camera.
Earlier, his father shared a video in which he was putting a turban on little Shubhdeep with Sidhu's song 'Pyari Maa' playing in the background.
A few days after the birth of the younger Balkar Singh accused the government of harassing him by asking for legal evidence about his secondborn.
It should be remembered that Sidhu Moosewala's original name was Shubhdeep. At the age of 28-year, he was a globally recognised singer. On May 29, 2022, he was shot dead in broad daylight.
This incident took place in Jawaharke village of Mansa district of Punjab.
