'I am a tape recorder, can sing for any political party': Rahat Fateh Ali Khan

Music maestro Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, known for his exceptional vocals, frequently lends his voice to anthems for various political parties as well.
When questioned about his voting preferences amid the ongoing election fever in Pakistan, the legendary singer playfully evaded the question, choosing not to disclose his choice.
In response to inquiries about which political party he would sing for, Khan humorously referred to himself as a tape recorder, indicating that anyone is welcome to approach him for this purpose.
"I am just like a tape recorder; whoever wants to put their cassette can do so." he quipped.
Addressing a media conference at his residence in Bedian Road, Lahore, the eminent singer said that cultural relations with India should be restored.
He said that he is starting a world tour from February and he will go to around 20 countries including America, Canada, Australia while he will start the world tour from South Africa.
Rahat Fateh Ali Khan clarified that his previous management has been terminated and now his new management is NRK and the new management should be contacted regarding the shows.
The 'Dillagi' vocalist said that no management has taken him forward, but his art has taken him to heights of global fame, including Hollywood and international universities.
