Famous Indian rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has expressed his desire to visit Pakistan and perform for the neighbours soon.
During a recent interview on the red carpet of the IIFA Awards 2024 in Dubai, Honey Singh shared his aspirations.
The colourful ceremony of IIFA Awards 2024, held recently in Dubai, has generated buzz on social media, with various videos from the red carpet going viral.
One such clip featured the Indian singer, who was asked about his message to Pakistani fans.
"My message for the fans is to pray that I come to Pakistan to perform soon," the Sunny Sunny vocalist said.
Discussing his favourite Pakistani artists, Honey Singh listed legendary names such as Nusrat Fateh Ali Kahn, Mehdi Hasan, Ghulam Ali, Ali Azmat, Atif Aslam, Mehwish Hayat, Sanam Marvi, Mansoor Malangi, and Allah Dutta.
Honey Singh also highlighted the enthusiasm of Pakistani fans attending his concerts in Dubai.
"I have been doing concerts in Dubai for 12 years, and a large number of Pakistani fans attend. They tell me that many fans in Pakistan cannot afford to travel to Dubai, and they invite me to come to Pakistan."
When questioned about potential tour plans, Honey Singh confirmed his upcoming tour in England next year.
"If I get time and Pakistan calls me, I will definitely come," the Love Dose singer mentioned.
The statement has sparked excitement among Pakistani fans, who eagerly await the opportunity to witness Honey Singh's electrifying performance live.
Honey Singh's recent collaboration with renowned Pakistani singers Wahab Bugti and Sindhi folk singer Sahiban has already bridged cultural gaps.
