Meera tasks journalists to arrange her marriage

Pakistani actress Meera, renowned for her bold persona, has proclaimed that her marriage is a national aspiration and places the onus of organizing it squarely on the media.

Speaking at a press briefing in Lahore, Meera conveyed her affection for engaging with the press, confessing to missing their presence deeply.

She extended apologies for her infrequent appearances, citing a packed schedule that often prevented her from attending despite receiving invitations.

Meera disclosed details of her forthcoming projects, including "Umrao Jaan," scripted by the esteemed writer Pervez Kaleem, scheduled to commence filming on July 1st.

She also mentioned another venture titled "My Dear Husband," written by Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar.

Known for her unfiltered honesty, Meera humorously implored journalists to orchestrate her wedding, playfully insisting that it's their duty to fulfill her dream.

Additionally, Meera shared that she recently recuperated from a fractured arm and expressed eagerness to undertake more projects in Lahore and Punjab, expressing a desire to collaborate with local talents.
