Mukesh Ambani pays Rihanna whopping $9 million to perform at his son Anant's wedding

Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani, son of Mukesh Ambani, are all set to tie the knot and to make the festivities memorable Asia’s richest man has invited Hollywood A-lister, Rihanna, to perform at the pre-wedding bash. 

According to Indian media reports, the extravagant pre-wedding celebrations will happen from March 1 to March 3 in Jamnagar.

The celebrations will kick start today with an event titled "An Evening in Everland" and the Diamond's singer will mesmerise the guests with a medley of her popular songs.

To perform at the event, Rihanna landed in Jamnagar on February 29 with her team and a massive 12-foot luggage, whose videos went viral on social media.

However, according to the local media, Mukesh Ambani has paid a whopping amount of $9 million (PKR249 crore) to a Grammy award winner musician for a performance at the event.

Indian media said the lavish wedding would be attended by Hollywood celebrities, tech giants, and Bollywood stars, including Shah Rukh Khan and his family, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and other film-industry figures.
