Lollywood heartthrob Humayun Saeed opened up about his past love life, revealing that he's always been a sensitive soul. He shared a heartbreaking experience from his childhood, where he was cheated on by his first love, leaving him heartbroken for almost a year.
When discussing his string of successful dramas and films, the Meray Paas Tum Ho star credited the directors and producers, stating that every actor's success hinges on well-written roles.
"Whenever an actor starts working and their project thrives, the writers start to craft similar characters that resonate with audiences. It seems the same happened with me,” he said.
Reflecting on his early career in an interview, the Yalghaar actor admitted that after debuting in 1996-97, directors and writers seemed to typecast him in roles similar to his debut performance. Interestingly, he found success in roles that were similar to his first ever act, with the prayers of his family.
He revealed that 'Mohid' from 'Dil Lagi' was the character that resonated with him the most on a personal level.
The ‘London Nahi Jaunga’ actor confessed to having a major crush on Mahnoor Baloch back in the day.
Humayun Saeed shared a personal story on the program, revealing that a childhood crush transformed into a young love, only to end in heartbreak.
He said that before his marriage, Humayun shared a special connection with a girl he loved during his youth. He used to teach her how to drive and often took her to the beach in his car. While her family held a high regard for Humayun Saeed, unfortunately, the girl did not reciprocate his feelings and chose to move on with another man.
“I was very depressed when the girl told me that she had found someone else and then while telling a friend about it, I cried a lot and my friend also cried with me,” the 'Bin Roye' actor mentioned.
He recalled that he remained upset for an entire year due to the heartache of betrayal in his initial romance, after which he eventually moved on.
