“My husband needs to be more successful than me to earn my respect,” says Komal Aziz

Renowned actor Komal Aziz Khan revealed her desire to marry a successful entrepreneur but admitted that her high standards have so far made it difficult to find the right life partner.

The actress recently appeared on a podcast, where she candidly opened up about her hiatus from the showbiz industry and shared her plans to expand her business and become a successful entrepreneur.

She emphasised that her ideal partner should be "true to himself, fearless to resist societal pressures, and be a risk-taker."

The Raaz-e-Ulfat actor expressed a preference for marrying an entrepreneur "because they think big,” particularly someone who supports men's rights, as she is a strong advocate for women's rights.

Komal also highlighted the importance of masculine traits in her future husband, which can complement her own feminine qualities. 

"It’s very important for my husband to be a complete boy, just as I am a complete girl," she said.

The Pakistani star asserted that her ideal husband “needs to be more successful than me to earn my respect.”

"Marriage is a relationship built on respect, and I want to respect my husband. To do so, he should be successful and educated enough and several steps ahead spiritually, emotionally, and financially.” the Mohlat actor said.

“If he falls short in these areas, I might struggle to respect him as a husband should be respected," Komal concluded.
