Netizens express disapproval as Aymen Saleem chooses Indian designer's Lehenga for her wedding

Pakistani actress Aymen Saleem, who rose to fame from her character Ramisha alias "Mishi" from a Pakistani drama named "Chupke Chupke", recently tied the knot with Kamran Malik in an intimate ceremony on December 22, 2023. 

"Here's to my forever [...] Alhamdulillah," she wrote in her Instagram post while sharing the pictures of her big day.

A journalist Maliha Rehman, on Instagram, shared the picture of Aymen donning an off-white lehenga designed by Indian fashion icon Manish Malhotra during her wedding reception in Karachi.

While the couple's wedding reception was a dazzling affair, Aymen Saleem's choice of attire sparked controversy among netizens.

Netizens questioned why Aymen opted for an outfit created by an Indian designer rather than supporting local Pakistani brands.
