Nida Yasir claps back at trolls criticising her for sharing Hajj pictures

Pakistani actress and morning show host Nida Yasir and her husband Yasir Nawaz have faced criticism on social media for sharing pictures and videos of their recent Hajj pilgrimage. 

However, the couple has now responded to the trolls in a vlog on Yasir Nawaz's YouTube channel.

In a vlog recorded on the sets of the morning show, Nida Yasir prayed for the guidance of the critics, saying "Allah apko hidayat dai" (May Allah guide you). 

"I pray that Allah guides the trollers, that they learn something from the pictures and leave their necessary work and do this necessary work [performing religious duty of Hajj]," she added.

Yasir Nawaz also responded to the criticism, saying, "It doesn't matter to us what anyone has to say about us, whether we know it or our God knows it, the worship we did, the good deeds we did is a matter for us and Allah." 

In the vlog, he also showed a video of other pilgrims taking pictures and videos to make the pilgrimage memorable.

"All the people there were taking pictures and videos as their souvenirs, only we didn't make them." the Nadaniyaan actor said. 

"We even prayed for the trolls during Hajj," he added.
