Rajab Butt booked in alleged threats, harassment case

YouTuber Rajab Butt, along with seven accomplices, has been charged with allegedly issuing threats on TikTok and appearing at a citizen's residence armed with a firearm.

The complaint was filed by social media influencer Umer Fayyaz, who asserted that Rajab Butt, Mann Dogar, and Haider Shah arrived at his home accompanied by several individuals and threatened him.

Mann Dogar reportedly used profane language and issued threats to Umer during a TikTok Live session, an act that Fayyaz deemed a violation of his dignity.

This is not the first instance of legal trouble for Rajab Butt. Previously, he faced charges in Karachi for content that purportedly disrespected Namaz and provoked religious sentiments.

The court has instructed the police to take appropriate action following the conclusion of arguments; the complainant, Riaz Ali, urged law enforcement to establish a precedent to prevent other social media figures from making derogatory remarks against Islamic values or personalities.
