Rakhi Sawant says she'll move to Pakistan if Modi doesn't lift TikTok ban

Bollywood actress Rakhi Sawant urged Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to lift the ban on video-sharing platform TikTok or else she would move to Pakistan.
Rakhi shared a video on Instagram, showing her at the airport with luggage, stating, “Modi jee, please lift the ban on TikTok immediately, otherwise, I will go to Pakistan and settle there permanently after marrying a Pakistani man.”

She also expressed a strong desire to meet Hania Amir, Deedar, and Nargis in Pakistan.
Earlier, in an interview with journalist Murtaza Ali Shah, Sawant had expressed her deep affection for Pakistani supporters, affirming her commitment to stand by them unconditionally.
Rakhi demanded that TikTok be unbanned so she could earn money from it.
The renowned dancer also cited US President Donald Trump's decision to resume TikTok, as she believed that hundreds of thousands of Indians were unemployed and could earn through the platform, just as she was making money from it.

It is pertinent to mention here that in 2020, the Narendra Modi government banned 59 apps, mostly Chinese, including TikTok, citing concerns that these are ‘prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, security of state and public order’.
