Rakhi Sawant to wed Pakistani actor Dodi Khan in Islamic ceremony

Bollywood actor Rakhi Sawant announced her plans to marry Pakistani actor and model Dodi Khan after he proposed to her. She shared that the marriage will be solemnised according to Islamic customs.

In an interview with Indian media, Rakhi stated that her third marriage will symbolise peace between India and Pakistan, adding that people in Pakistan have seen the struggles she endured in her previous relationships.

Rakhi confirmed her intention to tie the knot with Dodi Khan, emphasising that all wedding festivities will follow Islamic traditions.

She also revealed plans for their post-wedding celebrations, saying, “The reception will be in India, and we’ll go to Switzerland or the Netherlands for our honeymoon. We will settle in Dubai.”

Dodi Khan also shared a video on his Instagram account where he proposed to Rakhi. While the seriousness of their plans remains uncertain, the interaction sparked curiosity on social media.

Rakhi commented on Dodi’s post with laughing emojis and expressed her gratitude to her supporters, writing, “Love you all my friends. I love you all in any condition. You guys are supporting me. I love you all.”

Rakhi’s previous marriages ended in separation. Her second marriage to Adil Khan Durrani ended in 2023 after she accused him of infidelity. Adil was later arrested and spent five months in prison.

In 2022, Rakhi’s first marriage to her Bigg Boss co-participant Ritesh Raj Singh also ended in divorce after the show concluded.
