Sana opens up about her divorce and Faysal Quraishi's proposal during Iddat

Sana Qureshi, the third wife of Pakistani actor Faysal Quraishi, recently shared personal details about her past, including her previous divorce, during an appearance on Faisal's podcast.

While discussing their relationship, Faisal asked Sana about their first meeting and how they got married.

Sana revealed that their first encounter was "quite dramatic" and even hinted that it could have been the plot for a drama. She then disclosed that before marrying Faysal, she was divorced, and during her 'iddat', Faisal's proposal came through. Sana mentioned that her aunt played a key role in convincing her and her family to consider Faisal's proposal.

Sana Faysal went on to explain that she was going through a difficult phase at the time and was reluctant to make any decisions.

She clarified that some people blamed her for marrying Faisal as a way to escape the complications of her past, but she eventually saw marriage to Faisal as a way to move forward and felt that it was the best decision for her.

During the conversation, Faisal also shared his perspective on their first meeting. He revealed that he first met Sana at the wedding of her cousin, where he was immediately attracted to her.

Despite asking for her phone number, Sana did not share it with him at that time. Later, after learning about her divorce, Faisal made another attempt through Sana's aunt to propose marriage.

Faisal further revealed that their marriage took place quietly during the month of Ramadan, and he had brought Sana home in a simple outfit.

Faisal Quraishi and Sana married in 2010 and have two children together: a daughter, Ayat, and a son, Furman Qureshi. Faisal's first marriage, which ended in divorce, produced a daughter, Hanash Qureshi, who has since entered the entertainment industry.
