Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Syeda Shehrbano Naqvi who bravely rescued a woman from an angry mob in Lahore earlier this year, has once again become a social media sensation after photos and videos from her recent wedding went viral.

Her wedding celebrations have captured the hearts of many on social media users.

In her mehndi event, she wore a yellow sharara designed by Mohsin Naveed Ranjha that was shared by the photographer and makeup artist.

For her barat, Naqvi looked radiant in a red bridal dress. Videos of her grand entrance and her interactions with her groom on stage have been widely shared online.

According to media reports, Naqvi’s mehndi and wedding ceremonies were held in Lahore, while her reception took place on April 28th.

Naqvi married Ashfaq Naqvi in a beautiful ceremony held in Lahore.

Naqvi’s act of courage on February 25th, where she put her own life at risk to protect a woman wearing clothes with Arabic script, made her a household name.
