"You aren't mentally-challenged:" Hiba Bukhari advises pregnant women to appear well-dressed

Pakistani actress Hiba Bukhari, who recently confirmed her pregnancy, has shared tips with fellow expectant mothers on self-care and style.

Following her stunning pregnancy photo shoot with her husband Arez Ahmed, Bukhari addressed pregnant women, highlighting the importance of maintaining their physical and emotional well-being.

"You're pregnant, not mentally-challenged," the actress humorously reminded them, encouraging pregnant women to prioritise their appearance. 

She suggested wearing "good clothes" and "styling their hair" to boost confidence during this life-changing experience.

Earlier, the Tere Ishq Ke Naam star's photo shoot, where she elegantly showcased her baby bump in a full red dress, was showered with praise by netizens. 

The romantic moments captured with her husband added to the shoot's charm. 

On October 5, the Haara Dil actress also shared pictures of her baby bump at the Hum Awards in London.

By promoting self-love and care, Bukhari aims to empower pregnant women to embrace their "beauty and individuality".

Last month, Bukhari revealed her pregnancy, having kept it private for several months.
