VIDEO: PTI workers 'torture' policeman in Attock during protest

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf protesters 'tortured' a policeman in Attock, Punjab, the video of the incident is making rounds on social media platforms.

PTI supporters are seen pushing policeman, who is said to be associated with Attock police, from his uniform.

Earlier in the day, Punjab’s Information Minister Azma Bukhari said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) wants a repeat of the May 9 events, and claimed that Imran Khan's supporters severely tortured the police personnel .

“Police personnel are being tortured, three were killed, and another 70 were wounded,” said Bukhari, adding, “They have had gunshots in the neck and legs.”

Addressing a press conference in Lahore, she stated that Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur vanished while PTI founder Imran Khan’s wife has been giving Islamic touch to their protest. 

“Not a single Pakistani sees this demonstration as peaceful protest, where police officers were being too ill-treated,” said Azma Bukhari while claiming that cops in Sargodha and Kati Pahari were injured when bullets hit their neck and leg, respectively.
