85th Pakistan Day parade to be held on 'limited scale' due to Ramadan

In a recent announcement, authorities confirmed that Pakistan Day will be celebrated with traditional patriotism, and a parade will take place albeit on a limited scale due to Ramadan.
The parade is scheduled to be held within the premises of the President's Office with a blend of patriotic spirit and security measures in light of current circumstances.
According to reports, President Asif Ali Zardari will attend the event as a special guest, where contingents from all three branches of the armed forces will participate.
The contingents will present a guard of honour to guests, while Pakistan Air Force (PAF) jets, including JF-17 and F-16, will perform a flypast during the parade.
Additionally, J-10C fighter aircraft will make its debut on the 85th anniversary of the Lahore Resolution.

Earlier, a special song was released to enhance the celebrations for Pakistan Day, titled “Pakistan — Colours of the Rainbow”, the anthem carries the powerful message: “Our love, our devotion — only for Pakistan.”
The song celebrates the unity of heart, soul, and nation, garnering significant acclaim
. Centred around themes of development, tranquillity, and stability, its final chant, “Pakistan forever, Pakistan Zindabad,” resonates profoundly with listeners.
Pakistan Day marks the remembrance of the pivotal Lahore Resolution of March 23, 1940, which laid the foundation for establishing an independent state for the Muslims of the subcontinent.
