Former Prime Minister Imran Khan, who is currently incarcerated in Adiala Jail, condemned the crackdown by security forces against PTI workers on November 26, calling it a "black day." He accused the government of concealing the actual number of casualties and injuries.

Several videos and pictures of PTI workers killed during the combing operation in Islamabad on Tuesday were shared on Imran Khan’s X account, accompanied by an appeal to the international community.

"Brute force and war-grade weapons were employed against unarmed peaceful citzens exercising their right to protest," his post read.

"The exact number of casualties and injuries remain uncertain, as the area of the “operation clean up against civilians” was wiped out overnight, and hospital records have been tampered/blanketed to cover up and obfuscate the truth about the horrifying incident," his message cotninued.

The PTI founder further alleged that lawyers, victims’ families, and international media were denied access to the hospital by authorities.

He urged the global community to take notice of the crackdown by sharing 'video evidence' along with his post.

Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Zulfi Bukhari accused Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and security agencies of hiding at least 40 dead bodies of the protesters who were allegedly killed during a clampdown by law enforcement in Islamabad on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, several international media outlets, including BBC and The Guardian, have reported firsthand accounts from medics who were on duty at Islamabad hospitals during the operation.

These reports highlighted the human toll of the crackdown, with doctors alleging that government authorities seized medical records of injured and deceased protesters.
