The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif's sons, Hasan Nawaz and Hussain, will return to the country on March 12 (Tuesday), party lawyer Qazi Misbah said on Wednesday.
The revelation came during the hearing of the Toshakhana reference filed against elder Nawaz, Pakistan Peoples Party's (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari and former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gillani.
The hearing of the case was conducted at accountability court in Islamabad by Judge Nasir Javed.
The judge asked the counsel about the continuous no-show by Nawaz Sharif's sons.
"Hussain and Hasan Nawaz want to appear before the court upon their return on March 12," Misbah said in a response.
It's pertinent to mention here that the former prime minister's sons were declared absconders in the Avenfield reference.
However, the counsel of Hassan and Hussain has filed a petition seeking suspension of their arrest warrants in the Avefield, Al Azizia and Flagship references.
