Imran Khan suffers 'ear infection' in Adiala jail

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan is facing health issues in Adiala Jail, including an ear infection, party leader Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif revealed.

Adviser to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister said that the former prime minister needs medical attention in the Rawalpindi jail.

He has also requested an electric toothbrush and dumbbells for Mr Khan in the prison.

Barrister Saif shared these details while talking to Geo News program Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Sath.

He also mentioned that Khan is not even allowed to have conversations with his own sons, Kasim and Sulaiman who live in the UK with their mother Jemima Khan.

During the program, the PTI stalwart further discussed the party differences in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

"Imran Khan Sahib has directed us to bring party leaders together to resolve these issues," he added.

It's worth noting that Khan was recently examined by medical experts from Shaukat Khanum Hospital, who declared his health to be good.

The 72-year-old politician is incarcerated in Adiala jail despite securing acquittal in Toshakhan, cipher and Iddat cases.
