Pakistan Navy conducts successful test of anti-ship ballistic missile

The Pakistan Navy has carried out a successful test flight of an indigenously developed ship-launched anti-ship ballistic missile, according to an official statement issued on Tuesday.
The missile, designed to strike both maritime and land targets, is equipped with an advanced guidance system and features intended to enhance precision and manoeuvrability.
The test was observed by Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf, along with senior scientists and engineers involved in the programme.

The Navy described the launch as evidence of the country’s growing technological capabilities and its commitment to protecting national security.
Following the test, the president, prime minister, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) and the heads of the armed services extended their congratulations to the personnel and scientists associated with the project.
