Posters expressing appreciation for Pakistan have emerged in various locations throughout occupied Kashmir, including Srinagar, in recognition of Pakistan's observance of Kashmir Solidarity Day.
As reported by Kashmir Media Service (KMS), these posters have been placed across the occupied region to convey gratitude for Pakistan's ongoing support.
The posters prominently feature images of Army Chief General Asim Munir, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir. KMS noted that since 1990, Pakistan has commemorated February 5 as Kashmir Solidarity Day to protest against India's unlawful occupation of Kashmir.

Additionally, the Government of Pakistan has announced that February 5 will be designated as a public holiday in honor of Kashmir Day, resulting in the closure of offices, including the State Bank of Pakistan.
The State Bank will be closed on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, in observance of Kashmir Day.
A statement from the State Bank confirmed that it will remain closed on February 5, 2025, in line with the Government of Pakistan's declaration for a public holiday on Kashmir Day.
It is important to note that the federal government issued a holiday calendar at the beginning of the year, which includes February 5 as a federal holiday. Consequently, all government and semi-government institutions, as well as banks, throughout the country will be closed.
