Saudi Crown Prince to visit Pakistan soon

Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman accepted Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s invitation to visit Pakistan and expressed his intentions to tour soon.
The premier met the leader on the sidelines of ‘One Water Summit’ in Riyadh. According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office, he appreciated MBS for his Vision 2030 and other initiatives related to climate change.
The statement also noted that this was the fifth meeting of the premier with MBS over the past six months. In the meeting, the Saudi Crown Prince also expressed the need to bring a qualitative change in the economic, trade, and investment relationship with Pakistan.
He stressed the importance of ensuring the enhancement of meaningful cooperation between both countries, which would help Pakistan achieve economic growth and prosperity.
Moreover, the Prime Minister thanked the Crown Prince for his good wishes for the Pakistani people and invited him to visit Pakistan, which the Crown Prince accepted.
According to the state-run news agency PTV News, the Prime Minister had a cordial meeting with the Saudi Crown Prince, in which the two leaders agreed that it is very important for Pakistan and Saudi Arabia to promote their economic, trade and investment relations further.
The Saudi Crown Prince emphasised promoting cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia as it has key importance for Pakistan’s economic development and prosperity.
The report said that both leaders expressed satisfaction with the pace of implementation of Saudi MoUs and agreements regarding investment in Pakistan.
Accepting the Prime Minister’s invitation, the Crown Prince said he was looking forward to his soon visit to Pakistan.
It should be noted that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, on a two-day visit today to attend the ‘One Water Summit’.
