Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has denied the allegations made by Bushra Bibi, the wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, that she was left alone during the protests at D-Chowk.
In a media interaction in Dera Ismail Khan, Gandapur responded to questions regarding the claims, stating that he was with Bushra Bibi throughout the protest. "I was with Bushra Bibi the entire time. If she is referring to someone else, you should ask her about it," he clarified.
Gandapur also issued a warning to the government, stating, "We will attack like the Battle of Panipat and achieve victory."
The claims were made by Bushra Bibi in Charsadda, where she stated that she had been abandoned at D-Chowk, but emphasized, "I am not a woman who runs away."
It is important to note that on November 26, during a security operation in Islamabad to disperse protesters, both Ali Amin Gandapur and Bushra Bibi were reported to have fled the scene along with other PTI workers.
Police arrested hundreds of protesters during the operation. Following the incident, Gandapur and Bushra Bibi were reported to have moved to Mansehra.
