NEW YORK: Pakistani delegation staged a walkout of the UNGA session as the chair invited Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu.
As per details, after Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif delivered his speech at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was invited for a speech.
However, the Pakistani delegation led by PM Shehbaz rose from its seats and walked out of the assembly hall to express solidarity with the people of Palestine.
As Prime Minister Sharif concluded his speech and returned to his seat, the Israeli prime minister was invited to the podium. The Pakistani delegation, including Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, walked out of the session in protest.

During the three-day-long United Nations General Assembly session, world leaders have condemned the ongoing Israeli brutality in Palestine and called for an immediate end to Israeli atrocities.
Pakistan became the only country that formally registered its protest by walking out of the session before Netanyahu took the podium.
