The complaint, filed by retired Colonel Inamur Rahim on December 29, accused Justice Asif of using state machinery and the influence of his office to pressure the families of two teenage girls who were killed in a hit-and-run incident in Islamabad on December 2, 2025.

Represented by Advocate Tariq Mansoor, the families said around 200 children were infected after receiving treatment or being born at the Sindh Employees’ Social Security Institution (SESSI)-run hospital in SITE.

Local authorities said the victims included the pilot, five skydiving instructors, and five trainee jumpers.

The drone along with the suspected drugs was seized and the area was sealed for further investigations.

According to the suspect, the group received training in Afghanistan, while explosives were assembled by the attackers themselves after they were provided with explosive jackets by a trainer identified as Umar Qari.

The government has designated the operation as a "top priority."
