9th grade student, raped, killed by friends in Attock

In a deeply tragic incident from Attock, a ninth-grade student, Muhammad Hashim Abbas, was raped and murdered by his own friends, who then disposed of his body in a dam, the police said.

The father of the victim shared his ordeal, saying he had dropped his son at the school bus stop in the morning. When Hashim did not return home after school, the family became worried and began searching for him.

Upon inquiring, it was found that Hashim had gone with his friends, Hamza and Zeeshan. When confronted, both boys claimed they had dropped him off near his house and even joined the family in the search for Hashim. During this time, the father also contacted the police emergency helpline to report his son's disappearance.

In this regard, the police authorities said that when we started investigating the incident, the case seemed suspicious, so we took Hamza and Zeeshan into custody and started investigating. Both of them confessed during the investigation that they had murdered Hashim and thrown his body into the dam, and also threw his clothes and shoes into the dam in his bag.

The police authorities said that after recovering Hashim's body from the dam on the identification of the two arrested boys, the post-mortem was performed, which revealed that Hashim was gang-raped before being murdered, and then his body was thrown into the dam to destroy the evidence.
