In a tragic incident in Sindh's Kacha area, dacoits killed one of two abducted children and  demanded a Rs10 million ransom for the release of the second child from the family.

According to reports from 24NewsHD TV channel, the bandits contacted the family in Thul via telephone, demanding Rs10 million for the release of the abducted children, Nadir Ali Banglani and Qadeer Banglani, who have been missing since Eid.

During the call, the robbers informed the family that one of the children had been killed and that the other was still in their custody. They threatened the family, insisting on the ransom payment for the release of the surviving child.

The family, distressed and unable to pay such a substantial amount, has appealed to the government for assistance in securing the release of the remaining abducted child.

Earlier on June 20, three individuals, including two TikToker brothers from Ghotki, were abducted in the Sukkur area, police reported.

The victims, identified as two brothers Javed and Khalid, along with their friend Farman, went missing five days ago while visiting Sukkur to create TikTok videos.

According to SSP Sameer Noor, the last known location of the kidnappers was traced to the Shikarpur area. The abductors have demanded a ransom of five million rupees for their release.
