Following the recent reports of travelers being offloaded at airports by FIA, with affected travelers including Umrah pilgrims, work visa holders, and visitors on tourist or family visit visas, Naqvi said, “No passenger with complete documents will be stopped from travelling.

He added, “However, passengers with incomplete or bogus documents will definitely not be allowed to travel.”

Earlier, the statement by the Federal institution agency (FIA) also clarified that only passengers lacking complete or correct travel documents were being stopped from travelling.

Naqvi further added, “No passengers who bring disrepute to the country can be allowed to travel. He also reviews the immigration process, including the system linking passengers' travel histories with their identity cards. He praised the FIA authorities on the fast-track system of immigration.

Moreover, he inquired with Pakistani citizens returning from abroad about how long the immigration process takes.
