PIA air hostess caught smuggling 30 Iphones at Lahore airport

Custom officials in Lahore have confiscated 30 Apple iPhones, worth millions of rupees, from a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) air hostess.
According to reports, the air hostess, identified as Nadia, was traveling from Dubai to Lahore on flight PK 204 and had concealed the expensive smartphones on her body.
The officials estimate the total value of the smuggled iPhones at approximately Rs 110 million.
In a separate incident, customs officials also seized 37 Apple iPhones, makeup items, and computer tablets from a family traveling from Dubai.
The family, identified as Muhammad Arshad and his wife, was found carrying items worth over Rs 5.4 million.
Cases have been registered against both the air hostess and the family for attempting to smuggle the goods.
Collector Customs Ali Abbas Gardezi commended the officials for their successful recovery of high-value items.
