Attock: A tailor was killed, and another severely injured after being shot for refusing to stitch Eid clothes in Attock, Punjab.

According to details, the suspect, identified as Mudassir, opened fire on the tailors after they declined to sew his Eid clothes.

Following the attack, he fled the scene.

Police officials confirmed that the primary target of the shooting was Sajid, who succumbed to his injuries, while another tailor, Ihsan, was critically wounded.

Rescue teams transported Sajid’s body and the injured tailor to the hospital.

Eid-ul-Fitr is expected to be observed across Pakistan on Monday, March 31, 2025, following the completion of 29 days of Ramadan.

According to the Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council, the Shawwal crescent is likely to be visible on the evening of Sunday, March 30, provided weather conditions remain clear.
