Two TikTokers arrested in Gujranwala over viral public dance videos

GUJRANWALA: Police have arrested two individuals after videos showing people dancing at a public location went viral on social media.

According to a police spokesperson, videos featuring two women and two young men dancing near the Chhachhrawali Canal were widely circulated during the Eid holidays.

The spokesperson stated that a case has been registered against all four individuals on the complaint of the police.

Two suspects have been taken into custody, while the remaining two nominated in the FIR are still at large.

Police said the action was taken on charges of engaging in inappropriate conduct at a public place. Authorities are continuing efforts to apprehend the remaining suspects.
