A video has emerged depicting an unsuccessful robbery attempt at a retail shop.
Two armed individuals entered the store wielding a pistol, only to be taken aback when the shopkeeper revealed what seemed to be an AK-47.
In a swift response, another shopkeeper brandished a pistol, compelling the robbers to hastily withdraw, escaping the scene without hesitation.
A bizarre theft occurred in the Alam Chowk area of Gujranwala, where famished thieves targeted a tikka shop, absconding with various food items and cooking equipment.
According to the Arup Police, the perpetrators forced open the shop's lock and made off with 25 kilograms of fish, 60 kilograms of chicken pakora, two containers of ghee, 10 kilograms of raita, and 4 kilograms of salad.
The police report indicates that the thieves did not limit their haul to just food items; they also took five frying pots.
This incident transpired within the jurisdiction of the Arup Police Station, close to Alam Chowk.
A case has been filed, and law enforcement has initiated a search operation to locate the offenders.
