Cricketer Shoaib Malik ties the knot with actress Sana Javed

Former Pakistan skipper Shoaib Malik has tied the knot with actress Sana Javed, and the couple shared their delightful wedding picture on Instagram, donning embellished white ensembles.

The news of their marriage came as a surprise to netizens, as the duo had previously been married and kept their strained relationships with their ex-partners private.

“Alhamdullilah ❤️ "And We created you in pairs," the cricketer wrote in a caption. 

The Dunk actress has changed her Instagram username to Sana Shoaib Malik.

Shoaib Malik is the former spouse of Indian tennis star Sania Mirza and the couple tied the knot in 2013. Rumours of their separation swirled in late 2022, fueled by cryptic social media posts from Sania. 

Despite the buzz, the couple remained silent and even co-hosted a reality show together. 

However, a recent change to Malik’s Instagram bio, removing the reference to Sania, reignited speculation about their relationship status.

“Husband to a superwoman @mirzasaniar,” Shoaib Malik’s bio read before he changed it.

Sana Javed was previously married to singer Umair Jaswal, and over the past few months, their strained relationship became evident to fans who noticed their absence from each other's social media accounts.
